Product Description

WHO SAYS YOU CAN’T HAVE IT ALL? THE SYNAPSE ALLOY DELIVERS COMFORT, PERFORMANCE, VERSATILITY AND VALUE IN AN AFFORDABLE AND DESIRABLE PACKAGE.

WHAT’S NOT TO LIKE?

Inspired by the Synapse Carbon, the sophisticated endurance bike raced by Cannondale Pro Cycling in professional cycling’s brutal Spring Classics and winner of three Bike of the Year Awards, the Synapse Alloy combines speed with comfort, technology with value, and versatility with a clear identity.

The SmartForm Alloy C2 chassis sets the tone by placing a lightweight frame, incorporating Cannondales decades of aluminium knowhow, at the centre of affairs, paired with a carbon-bladed fork for steering that responds immediately and unerringly to your inputs.

A sportive-style geometry places you in a more upright position than an uncompromising race bike; a commitment to comfort echoed in the SavePlus micro-suspension system that creates strategically-placed flex zones in the rear triangle.

Nothing is off-limits with the Synapse Alloy, thanks to integrated mounts for racks and mudguards that make this bike your best friend for wet weather training, a faithful companion on weekend adventures, or an enjoyable and dependable steed for daily commutes.

Whether you’re seeking the perfect introduction to cycling, or a dependable all-rounder to complement a collection of more specialist machinery, your day just got better. Purchasing decisions are rarely so simple. The Synapse Alloy: the do it all bike that does it all.

Assembly required by you.

You will be required to straighten the stem, fit the handle bars, front wheel and pedals.

road-bike-build-process

Safety Notes.

Ensure the stem clamp bolts and handle bar clamp bolts are correctly tightened. An uneven handle bar clamp plate may cause damage to the handle bars.

  • When a bike is carbon or fitted with carbon parts a torque wrench should be used.
  • When tightening the seat post clamp on a carbon bike a torque wrench should be used.

Identify the left and right pedals.

Do not confuse the left and right pedals – they are different.

The right pedal is fitted to the drive side (the side with the chain and gears). Both pedals will be clearly marked which side they are for. They are often stamped l or r at the end of the axle.

Do not force your pedals on! Always finger tighten first. Attempting to fit a pedal to the incorrect crank arm will void your warranty.

Before your first ride your new bike run through the gears to ensure they work correctly before you apply any force to the drive system.

If any miss or over shifting is experienced they will need checking by a qualified person as they may have been knock in transit.

 Warning!

Your bicycle must be properly assembled and checked before riding.

  • High peak cycles accept no responsibility for injury or damage due to faulty assembly.
  • For more detailed information please refer to your owners handbook and any additional literature supplied with your bicycle.
