What’s new from GT in 2016
2016 GT Zasker
It’s been 25 years since GT first made their now iconic Zasker and its had a makeover taking it back to its roots of a hard charging ridged bike which you can race and trial ride on. Available in carbon and aluminium frames, 120mm travel on the front and varying specifications.
2016 GT Verb
New this year to their full suspension XC line is the entry level Verb, bringing back the independent drivetrain system last used about 5 years ago. This is a simple, durable, easy to maintain platform which provides a great ride. Starting from £799 the Verb is defiantly worth a look if you are in the market for an entry level full suspension bike.
2016 Gt Sanction
After the success of the single version of the sanction last year, this year there are 3 bikes in the line up from the full enduro race spec to a more affordable version but which still uses the same frame. Starting from £2599 these make a great bike if you like uplift days and the od downhill race but still want to be able to do a ride in the peaks.
2016 Gt Grade
Started by GT with the Grade so called gravel road bikes are taking off this year. The 2016 Grade comes in 2 Full carbon versions and 5 Alloy versions along with 2 Flat bar versions. These bikes make great commuter bikes or a universal road bike which can handle the green lanes of the white peak.
2016 GT Fury
The Fury is again Gt’s downhill bike coming in 3 versions from top of the range race bike to a more affordable version all with the same frame. This year the bike has improved small bump sensitivity, 10% improved bottom out resistance and improved pedaling efficiency.
2016 Line up still includes the Force, Sensor, Helion and Avalanche all with 2016 group sets and forks fitted.
